Jan Liška at the end of the Faculty of Law of Pavol Jozef Safarik University in Kosice, he worked as a lawyer in the budget organization who manages the assets and liabilities r. about. reports directly to the Košice Region. Then the end of 2011 he worked as senior judicial officer in the area of criminal, commercial and Exekutionsrecht the District Court Košice II. The practice of a trainee lawyer graduated at JUDr. Jozef Vasek in Kosice. Shortly after its completion he worked as regional director of JUSTICIA Legis Ltd. the area of Košice and Prešov Region and since 2015 as a lawyer registered with the Slovak Bar Association in Košice.
